Shipping Policy
Free delivery is included for purchase of ink cartridges and toner over $50, otherwise standard flat rate delivery charge of $6 will apply. Certain items may have promotional free shipping included. We also do not charge any handling fees, so there are no other hidden costs involved when purchasing from us.
All orders are processed and dispatched ASAP. Once an item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. We use Australia Post and most deliveries are made within 7 business days within metropolitan area. Please provide provision for at least 3 business day for remote and rural location. Should you have specific delivery instructions or require urgent express service, please do not hesitate to contact us. Additional cost may occur.
We supply and ship all our products Australia Wide only. Please contact us if you want us to ship overseas.
Please ensure delivery address details are entered correctly, once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse we are not responsible for incorrect address delivery. Incorrect or insufficient delivery address will incur a re-delivery fee. We do not accept responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
