Shipping & Payment Questions
We ship throughout Australia and offer free delivery for purchases over $50.
- Orders received before 3 pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders received after 3pm will be processed and dispatched the next day.
- Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
We deliver via Australia Post. Please visit Australia Post’s website for delivery time estimates.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an in-store pick up option for online orders at this time. You are more than welcome to visit us at Westfield Whitfords City to shop in-store.
Yes, we are able to deliver to PO boxes around Australia.
